This is a great study chock full of examples of how broadband programs are reaching tens of thousands of people, such as sick kids with robots in the classroom and their hospital room to keep them connected with their classmates; pregnant mothers getting prenatal care with broadband; video conferencing for education; and many more. Check it out! And go to the APT.org website for more information.
