  • Net Neutrality restrictions are unnecessary because remedies are already in place for discriminatory conduct.
  • Creating a new regulatory regime will is ill-advised, especially given the historically unsuccessful Congressional attempts to use the law as a “blunt instrument” to regulate parts of the Internet.
