As we move rapidly into our always-on, broadband world, it is critical that we simultaneously ensure the security of our nation online. Fortunately, just as technology offers numerous opportunities to improve society, it also provides security techniques to fight off malicious attacks. In order to better explore today’s cybersecurity issues and policies, the University of Nebraska College of Law is hosting their 3rd Annual Space and Cyber Policy Conference.
The day dedicated to cyber policy will feature a conversation between Bruce Schneier, world-renowned security expert, and Stewart Baker, formerly NSA’s top lawyer and DHS’s head of policy analysis. The day will continue with sessions on the technology, incentives, people, and problems, from the perspectives of industry, government, military, law, and more.
