   It makes sense to me that a program like this would popup in a rural state. Do urban areas find this type of use of technology of equal value i wonder? Or is it safe to say rural parts of the country need the technlogy more?

   This is the perfect example of how technology is helping make life better but also helping people find SMART solutions for sharing resources. The internet helps everyone. It certainly helps institutions - like hospitals - that have limited resources.
